This is the last track on the "Holy Wood" album. The song ends the same way the first track begins. What is spinning around as the teenage girl kills herself is the "Holy Wood" album (ie: "songs that she shouldn't hear". The "Holy Wood album, of course, being , a concept album about how he was blamed for the Columbine shootings and a bunch of other stuff. Or at least that's my interpretation of the song..
