Clinton have been suck his position because he is neutral US president. That is why most of the world have a good relationship with US on that time. My point is that it's important to know who the enemy is and apply "hell" properly. Iraq had NOTHING to do with 9/11/01. As such, Bush's war was not only misdirected, but was probably the WORST possible thing we could have done (in termes of creating more terrorists than we're killing. All that said, I stand by my original statement and believe IF ATTACKED. The proper response is to "unleash hell" on those that are guilty of the attack.
